Default Suggestions on caliper painting

I've looked around a few of the galleries and can't find much. I have the cinnabar (maroon looking) GS400. I put on some 18" Moda R6's and now you can REALLY see the rusty looking calipers. I can't figure out what color I should paint the calipers. Any suggestions or does anyone have a good picture of painted brake calipers on my color GS?

Ives,

Try search the forums for caliper paint, you'll find a lot of good threads with pics.

Here are a couple I found right off the bat:

You'll have to imagine many of these with your color GS, though...

With Cinnabar, I'd say black. Although yours won't look this good , here is a sample of how the color would be:

Enjoy!

I think I saw some photos of yours when you put on that big brake kit. That looks awesome Thanks for the response.

Thanks Dave. I viewed most of those threads. It just seems like everyone with the painted calipers has a black, silver, or white GS. I wanted to see more examples on my color car like Neo posted. Thanks again.

Hey, what a great looking car. Oh, wait, that's mine.... Thanks for the props, Neo.

I'd say go with black or silver. I went with black because the silver would clash a bit with my gun metal Volks. Red clashes with the Cinnabar. Blue just does not look right. If you are painting them yourself then you have a lot more options and you can always mix your own shade.

I also think that black would be the best color for cinnabar ! Red your car looks good as always

Thanks for the posts guys. I had a feeling black was my only real option so it looks like that's how it'll go.
