Lexus service Scottsdale/phoenix
 

I am picking up a 2014 LS 460 this weekend and wanted to get service reccomendstions. I live near Bell Scottsdale lexus and work near Earnhardt lexus, any experiences with either of these dealers service departments? Do you know of any Lexus independent shops? I would appreciate ant input.

Congratulations on your purchase. I just recently purchased a 2015 RCF from Bell Lexus (CPO car) and have had it in twice to Bell Lexus service due to an A/C servo gone bad. Once to figure it out and second time to replace after waiting two weeks for parts. I use Rob Luger as my advisor and I like him. Not pushy and customer service very good. I would recommend them/him highly at this point.

Congrats on your new LS460 Elizabeth! I bought my 2010 LS460 at Earnhardt Lexus in 2013 and since then, they've done all maintenance and repairs. I've never had an issue with them, top notch service, just as a Lexus dealer should be! Either way good luck! Sounds like you can't go wrong with either choice.
