Reliable mechanic in Plano Texas for inspection?

Hello everyone.

I am in the process of buying a car in Texas and I live in NYC. Does anyone here know a reputable mechanic to check the car out for me. It's at at Toyota Dealership. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Texas is a big place with several large metropolitan areas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, etc). You might want to be a little more specific about the location of the car. If all else fails, try a Lexus dealer.

I know of a good place in Plano, Dallas, or Keller as well as another good one in Ft. Worth. Where in Texas is it located?

What sgretchko said... you could drive all day and still be in Texas... Gonna have to narrow it down some.

Hi Caverman - I'm located in Illinois and looking to buy a 1995 Lexus SC400 that is located at a small dealer in Plano, TX. You mentioned you might know a a good mechanic there that could do an inspection. Woul you possibly be able to provide me with some contact information? Thank you.
