NV Vegas anyone?

'99 RX 300 with 177,000 miles. Still running great. Do all my own maintenance and I am in the process of repainting the cladding myself. I use to do body & paint (years ago) and was on a Top Fuel Dragster pit crew so I know my way around a car a little. DIY saves a ton of $.

There's plenty of car action going on in Vegas. Just go to the drag strip if you want to meet people. But these are people that like to modify their cars and race, not people that just change their oil and wax their car.

When I had my NSX and boosted SC300 few years ago, there was lots of activity and even Lexus of Las Vegas would hold meets on Sundays but now nothing. Seems like the Lexus owners just all disappeared.
The drag meets are cool but it's not really for meet and show or just to hang out with fellow Lexus owners. The only meets I see are the Fuku meets on Wednesday but that brings out the not so wanted guys who get us in trouble. I wonder what ever happened to the underground meet at the underground parking in Chinatown, I haven't been to one in ages.
I'm one of those owners who change oil and wax their car plus a little more but this sleeper is on a more quiet side. Lol
