Default 2 Photo Speeding Tickets in Scottsdale; need legal help

Hey Guys,

Was in Scottsdale for a week and managed (unknowingly) to get two photo speed tickets on Pima Road. I live in SoCal and am thinking I'm going to need legal help with these. Can anyone recommend a reputable atty that might be able to beat these tickets? Thanks for any and all help.

Might tough to beat and you have to pay a lawyer.
No points for camera tickets...usually.Maybe not in AZ/CA,though.
Excessive speed issue?

Was not excessive speed issue; just civil speeding.

I have no points on my license right now and would love to keep the points off for insurance reasons. Unfortunately, I'm also attending a traffic school here in Cal for a red light violation. I don't know if Cal and AZ DMV's exchange info on just civil speeding violations.

So camera tickets in AZ/CA give points on license.
Camera tickets on the east coast usually don't include points.Just the fine.Cameras can't clearly identify the driver.

I'll second what gsxmike stated, I've never paid or had anyone actually serve me for photo radar.

For the record, CA and AZ DMV's do in fact communicate with each other.

I just got one this week and payed it. There are no insurance increases or point. I looked it up. You should be fine. Just pay the fines. Youre not going to be able to fight it when they have you photographed. It is what it is. They got me at 20 mph over and it was only $249. Not bad for criminal speeding

Interestingly enough, I was reading some other blogs that said if they don't serve you in 120 days or so, then the ticket just goes away. I haven't done anything and have not been served; hopefully they just go away.

since you're out of state, I'd ignore it. They are not going to bother trying to serve you...
