Unhappy Anyone in Georgia have TechStream I can use?

Hey guys,
My check engine light came on last night, i had it diagnosed through 3 different auto parts stores and they were unable to pull anything, they reset it but it came back on..

So my question to the Georgia folks, Does anyone have techstream and can help me out? Everyone that i went to thats capable of pulling the code wants to charge and arm and a leg

Thanks in advanced yall!
