Luxury Car Meet 3 Food Drive?
Hey Everyone, I was thinking of doing a Club Lexus Food Drive in conjunction with this event. Basically us Club Lexus members bring a non-expired canned or boxed food item (long shelf life type) and a couple of us can volunteer to collect them and donate them to local food banks/churches/shelters etc.
I know we asked everyone to bring an item for the actual picnic for all of us to share, but I was thinking that since we can spend money on wheels, LED lights, body kits, etc...we can spare $1.00 or less food item, especially with the holidays coming up and help people in need with food.
Thoughts? I would ask for a couple volutneers to help collect and split the items in our cars to make transport a little easy and drop the items off at a place of your choice (not your house). If there aren't many donations, then I can probably handle it, but I would like to know if folks are willing to help me with this.
