Lexus Marketing is extending an exclusive invitation to online enthusiasts. Similar to press previews where we host journalists at events where they learn about vehicles before introduction to the general public, we’re providing a similar opportunity to learn more about the new IS “up close and personal.”

Many of you are aware of the Taste of Lexus (www.tasteoflexus.com) events held around the country this time of year. We’re going to take some time at the conclusion of select consumer days to have a technical specialist walk enthusiasts through the details of the new IS and answer your questions.

Here’s how it works:
We’re hosting these events on one day only in each of three cities on the Taste of Lexus tour:

- Miami, FL at the Calder Race Course on Saturday October 1st

- Chicago, IL at Arlington Park on Saturday October 8th

- Houston, TX at Reliant Park on Saturday October 15th

The enthusiast event will occur at the conclusion of the day, so we’ll confirm reservations for you as a regular Taste of Lexus participant in the final group of the day (around 4:00 PM.) You’ll get to enjoy everything Taste has to offer, including test drives in the new IS 250 and IS 350. At 6:00 PM you will be invited to gather around the IS display in the main tent for the technical presentation with a question and answer period that should conclude before 7:30 PM.

and you will be prompted to indicate which of the dates/locations you’d like to attend. At the completion of your successful enthusiast event registration, you will be directed to sign up as a regular Taste of Lexus participant in the final session of the appropriate consumer day. If you’ve already signed up for another date/time, we’ll help reassign your reservation.

Seating is limited to 30 per venue so we’re asking every registrant to make a firm commitment to be there. Even with Lexus confirming the attendee list, please don’t be disappointed if you find the session you’re interested in is already full.
