Default Unusual ipad Air 2 results using Safari

So this started a week or so ago and I thought maybe it was a moderator edit but I have noticed this on all threads. Original post is not showing on any of my three ipads. All threads start at post number two but on my Windows desk top all is normal with first post showing. Below is an example, First pic is what I see on my Windows desk top and second pic is what I see on my ipads. Please pardon the screen shot differences as they came from a different device.

ios 12.3.1 with ipad air.

Installed Google Chrome and I can see the first post on the ipad but I really don't want this on my Apple devices....

Is it just me experiencing this?

Right, but is it only happening in threads you start? If you reply to a thread someone else started same issue?

Looks like logging out clears cookies. Logged in and same results.

Went into Safari settings and blocked all cookies and I have no tracking. Cleared history and website data and rebooted. Same results... Seems odd that it is only me experiencing this on three ipads...
I am not an IT guy and only have a grasp of so much tech so not sure what the next step is...
Maybe Safari is not the best browser for CL but I really want to get away from Chrome.

I use Safari all the time with CL on Ipad Air 2 and iPad Pro with no issues.

I'll try updating to the latest iOS on my Air 2 to see if that breaks things.

Also I'm pretty sure logging out doesn't clear ALL cookies, just those that store your login. Need to clear them for the browser

This is caused by a 3rd party plugin being used by Safari to block ads.

As to why it previously worked, I'm not aware of any change made on this side. It's possible an update to the plugin caused this issue. Websites usually can't support 3rd party plugins that alter the appearance and/or functionality of a website. To fix, you'll need to disable the plugin or use another browser or wait to see if the plugin is updated by the developer that resolves the issue.
