Itrader posting issue

Having trouble trying to post a review on Itrader for a CL member I purchased from. I searched help threads and couldn’t find anything recent.

After filling review out completely and hitting submit, I get an error that ‘Deal thread URL is invalid.’ I used a direct copy and paste from the ad, plus played around with it some after that just to see if I could get it to post, but no luck.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

There is a current issue that is supposed to be fixed soon. Will ask for an update

Can you give it a shot now please?

Just tried again, same issue.

Please post a screen shot of what you are trying to enter. If that’s not easy, post the marketplace url you are linking to and the text you are putting in

Thanks - can you PM me the deal thread URL you are using and the text you're trying to put in? Sometimes if the text is too short it gives an error

Hi Dave,
I'm having the same issue. Is there a known workaround for this? I just made a purchase from a member with no iTrader rep, and he did a great job, so I'd like to leave positive feedback if possible.
Deal URL is this one:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/market/984652

The person I made the purchase from is not the Thread Starter, however. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Pretty sure it does, they should have started their own sale thread for Itrader to work for them

workaround would be for them to start sale thread then immediately mark sold
