Out of focus pictures

Using Safari on an IPad , for about the last couple of days every pictures is out of focus

It’s a new feature that makes a picture heavy full thread load much faster. If you wait a few seconds they clarify (faster if you are a faster connection)

Does not improve after waiting a minute or two
using safari on an Gen 3 IPad running IOS 9 ,

Can you give a link to a thread that isn't working for you please? I've got an old ipad I'll test out on.

Also, can you run a speed test on your ipad to see how fast your connection is please?

No need for the above, I was able to replicate on my old iPad mini running iOS 9.3.5 in this thread, will report the issue

Also won’t let me attach or imbed images from the old iOS version. Allows me to go through the motions to upload it but never attaches to the thread

I had to take a iPad Pro picture of my iPad mini screen shot to post it, lol
