Default Problem with picture uploads?

Hi,

When I try to use the Image icon to insert a picture by either drag and drop or browse device, it goes to 99% then says Complete, but the Insert button at the top doesn't work. I've discussed this here also https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...000-rx300.html .

I'll try here now: Nope, only the Cancel button works.

Any ideas?

Ok, I'll try again:
1. Click the picture icon above.
2. Drag a small jpg from Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit Explorer onto your picture upload form.
3. I see 99% then Complete
4. Press the Insert button, then see little window: "You must upload a video before you can insert it into a post."

That was via Chrome. Already tried Firefox. I'll log off/on again and try, ugh, Internet Explorer . . .To be continued . . .

How about the size of those pics on the page? Huge. Whoa!
I even grabbed a corner and made it about 3" x 3". Waste of time on that move. After saving the post, the pic is full size again. And . . . the original is only 92k.

Can you get your web people to do some more testing on the pic upload code with multiple web browsers?

Regards . . .

Mine from last night was uploaded with chrome and worked right away.

Try whacking your browser cache / cookies in chrome.

For whatever reason, inserting the pics from Chrome works today. Maybe there was a Chrome update to fix related problems. I made some comments at https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ml#post9928131 on how I handled dealing with the huge display size of the pics I uploaded. Imho, the pic upload form should automatically handle this display size issue, as it's done on other forums.

Thank you all for your help and suggestions on the pic insert issue.
