When you see it again, can you note if the center banner advertisement is the same one again? If it is, can you right click, properties and capture the URL to paste here please?

alright, here are 2 of them
and
the top one is different banner, the bottom one is the same banner ads. They both by Target.

Usually a formatting instruction error in the advertising banner. You'll see it all over the internet where that ad appears. We had a big problem with GM advertisements being screwed up like this last year.

If its not doing it for other members with all those ads, there is likely some issue on your PC.
Can you 1) log out of CL and go to another page (close all other windows) 2) delete your internet cache / cookies and then try to log back in please?
