Default Sewell parts...

I ordered a couple parts for the IS from Sewell yesterday (12/8) at 9:00AM. I was surprised to find a door tag from Fedex on my door at lunch today (12/9). They tried to deliver the parts at 10:20AM (25 hours after my order was placed). I am in Tulsa, which isn't too far from Dallas, but GEEZ! I am impressed. I got a nice little discount for being a member here too, couldn't be happier.

Man i wish i lived close to sewell, or even anywhere in the states. The shipping charges can exceed the amount of the items shipped to canada

Create an account with them. Its better because most of the time you get a special member price.

Well, I got home from work and had another Fedex slip on the door marked 3:30PM. From the tracking information, it looks like they shipped my 2 parts in 2 different boxes and FedEx put them on 2 different trucks this morning. I guess their not hurting from the cost of diesel...

An even better deal is to get a Lexus Visa card and just use it for day to day stuff, then use the points earned by ordering online at Sewell and get the stuff for FREE.

FedEx is faster than fast.

I ordered a Gen3 map sensor for my MR2 from the UK. It took less than 22 hours to reach my hands in California.

Haha yeah I live in DFW, Sewell is about 30 minutes from me, but I still have to order and have it delivered to me, they don't allow pickup. The first time I bought from them I ordered next day delivery and was glad I got it the next day...then I felt dumb when I ordered regular shipping and still got it the next day, so much money wasted. Learned my lesson, but they are the best to buy lexus parts from. they get an A+ from me.

I got my stuff from sewell shipped to the US. $10 shipping(instead of $30). no taxes, no brokerage fees.
