Who's the OLDEST member (using JOINED date)?
 

Who is the oldest (not age) member, but oldest registered member using the JOINED DATE for the site? I'd imagine a moderator?

You can go to Members List, then sort the list by "Joined Date".
You'll see bunch from 2001. Not sure if any of them are still active on the forum.

I know twojayzee, from Seattle who joined Aug.2001, is very much active on the forum.

Well i was a member back in 99 when i had my GS then i left for a while(don't ask) when i came back to lexus i forgot my old user name so i had to start fresh but i've been around for a while.

The forum moved from one place to another, so many members joined when it first rolled out.

1SICKLEX, one of the senior moderators, is still active. He joined before 2003, I think............so did DaveGS4, the administrator.

was it always Club Lexus or did that change with IB when they took over?

A better question is who's the oldest "active" member.

There are people who started before me, but the oldest records only go back to a Feb 2001 join date.

Someone like Mike, 1SICKLEX has been on here before that date though.

My guess its either DaveGS4 or Static911 (Ethan)..

There are several others that have been active on CL before me. If you read the link above you'll see the current vBulletin version of Club Lexus migrated from another forum site called EZBoard. A bunch of still active CL members were on that forum (1sicklex, txstyle, bitkahuna, jacobt, Johnny Mo, me, etc). Our join dates on CL just really show when we first logged on to the new forum once it migrated.

On vBulletin you can take a look at the member number you have to see what 'order' you were in signing up by looking at the member's profile

For example, I was the 124th to sign up on vbulletin out of (currently) about 107,000 members. 1sicklex is 83rd. bitkahuna is #33.

Mike Kilty(mkilty) who owned Club Lexus at the time is #1. Ethan who bought it from Mike was # 1,709

Yup. The funny thing is for some reason my name 1SICKLEX wasn't working initially so I signed up with the new name "Ambition" when we moved to vB until I got 1SICKLEX again.

I don't really remember when I joined but It was maybe 10 years ago.

Did that affect your post count? Dave explained the "Feb 2001" join-date issue above, but it is unclear whether everybody's post count, at that point, went back to 0 and had to start over. As it is, you seem to have more posts than anybody but Henry.

Everyone started over at zero with the move to vbulletin. MKilty was unable to convert over the content from the old forum, just some of the images.
