I think it's a nice feature if you just click on the member name and you'll find "Find all threads started by" as a shortcut, not a big deal, but I do check lots of member's threads.

This is not available from the shortcut menu (never has been) but you can get to it from the member's profile.

From the same menu you have in your image click:

View Public Profile
Select the Statistics Tab
You'll see the link you're looking for
