I have a suggestion that was on some of the past forums I've been a member of. It was, when you were looking at a page all you had to do is "double click" the mouse and it took you back up to the top of the page. This feature rocked and once you start using it you find yourself trying it on everything.

I went back to the site, but I have not been there since 2005, and it seems that they are not using that feature any more.
