I think we all very much love this forum. I know it's my pride and joy every day I come on. However, sometimes we project our feelings and frustrations of the real world in this forum. As long as you follow our rules in doing so, there's not much of an issue. So many of us have been hit largely by economic concerns, I see a lot more of people being uptight so to speak these days everywhere I go. It's part of being human.

 

Cause if we were not uptight...This place would look like SRTForums, or Honda Forums.

I think it's kinda uptight, too......but I'm glad it is. So many other sites are so loose I hate reading threads. Curse words, profanity and vulgarity are not my cup of tea. I don't mind a little girly flesh but I'm not into ****. Since most people don't know how to keep the girly pics clean, it's best not to go there with it. Then there are the sarcastic jerks who think they can belittle anyone and everyone who doesn't think their way. We try to respect each other here while still providing honest opinions. So many members have agreed to disagree around here it's almost funny.
So yeah, CL is a little uptight. I'm proud that it is.

I'm guessing you made this post because I recently closed your thread (here).

Simple answer is, you put the thread in the wrong place... you were asking something of IS-F owners to the IS250/350 members .

I chose to close the thread instead of move it because I thought your posted question was very vague (it wasn't clear if you were posting a WTB or asking their opinion on the car and why they were selling).

You clarified it in your repost in the right forum but added a sarcastic comment

and name calling and cursing in your post above

. If you think we are uptight for closing your post, please keep up those public saracastic comments and cursing at us ! That's not anywhere near the path to "get along".

Look *****, all the moderators on this forum are volunteers and we try to keep things mature and generally orderly, generally without any thanks. That's not 'belittling' to you, it's simply asking you to help. Please try to put stuff in the right spot and follow the forum rules.
