.....on good/bad dealer and vendor experiences that allows the name of the dealer/vendor. That way people can get some kind of an idea where the better/worse dealers or vendors, what issues came up, and how attentive the company was in fixing the issue. It would allow us all to gather a consensus of info on where to go, and where not to go (or at least be more attentive to everything). I've seen this on other car clubs (Maxima.org), and it is a good resource to have. Thoughts on this?

 

Yep, we'd like to do that but with a better plug-in tool than a forum. Have looked into that in the past and still on our list as a (nice to have) enhancement. Would likely use the same system for CL vendor feedback.

One of the biggest issues with implementation of such a system is that 95% of the people with a good transaction report / post nothing about it so all the negatives jump out when they may be very small in comparsion.

 

If you do something right no one will ever be sure you've done anything at all.

You're probably right. Although I always make a point to compliment any work that is well done, but others might not be so easily forthcoming in their positive feedback. Still, I like the idea of having the resource for CL.
