The website loading (especially the forums) has become extremely slow in the past few days at time. Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it is very slow. I've tried different computers and with different browsers. I've run multiple tests on various test sites and they all come back saying the website is slow - sometimes it takes 30 seconds or longer for a forum page to load.

I went from checking the forum everyday to now only once a month.
Just not worth the hassle unless I really need to.

I agree 100% with the OP. I rarely frequent this site anymore because it just slows my computer to a crawl. I have to close Firefox frequently when trying to browse the site. When it does work, it is slooooooooow. Something is clearly not right here. In fact, I specifically visited this subforum to see if anyone else had posted about this problem, and low and behold, its the first thread I see.

I also agree 100%. I'm very surprised the website is not tested on a regular basis, and anything that is found to not be working correctly is fixed and optimized.

I don't understand the above technical speak. But I do have issues with this site as well. The cursor doesn't align with the line i click on occasionally. Also, my Mac "ball" appears occasionally and I have to close the tab and restart the site. Also, sometimes I'm remembered when opening site, other times I have to log in. It all seems random to me. I did clear my cache and still have issues. Other sites are fine, so I don't think it's my Mac.

No, it's not your Mac. I have visited this website using different computers, using different browsers, and using different service providers. Oftentimes it takes a long time to connect (Connecting...). I'm sure a lot of people get tired of the hassle and move on...

Edit: After making this post it took 20 seconds to finish Connecting...

This website's association with VigLink makes page loading that much slower. Plus, VigLink installs stuff you really do not want on your computer, which is not good.
