i have tried a system restore and deleted all cookies etc. any suggestions? this started yesterday. thanks olddog |

Dave,
I have the same problem too. It's been over a year with this prob. Everytime I need to search for something, I have to have a fellow CL member search and link to me. -Bryan |
works fine now.
thanks Dave. you mind telling me what was wrong? |

Everytime I need to search for something, I have to have a fellow CL member search and link to me. -Bryan The issue is with a 'technical fix' that our tech guy made when he changed the server time about a year ago without taking the forum down. Caused all sorts of problems with posts which he manually corrected. Unfortunately (this is my theory) the dates he corrected he didn't use in the right format.. they're alphanumeric instead of a date format. So when we have a 'wait period between searches' anyone who posted (or possibly did a search - my second theory) during that period that wasn't corrected right gets an error in the date math. So I turn off that feature. |
Dave,
I tried to do it again and it just says loading on my mozilla tab. No biggy, not the end of the world for me. hehe -Bryan |

This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. " do i need to be a paying member or what? thanks olddog |

We don't have any 'paying member' areas, so that's not it. |

It isn't in the main forums anymore, it was moved at the post starter's request. |
