Default Search word-length 4 letters?

What's up with the search word length needing to be 4 letters? That means if I want to look for an HID kit, it will refuse the search. Is this really necessary?

I know what you mean, I don't know the answer to your question, but I ran into the same problem when I searched for HID.

That feature causes lots of inconvenience during searching. I tried to search, "TRD", "SC", "TC" and they all fail. Perhaps a new searching engine?

Ok....I fixed the search engine to work with three letter words or more......

Thanks for pointing that out.

Groovy...this should make finding info in past threads far easier...and the "veterans" won't have to reply to previously asked questions with "RTFM"
