Maybe because there's one in Car Chat already. The mods would rather you PM them than start another thread (that's about to be locked itself I might add).

I closed it. We've discussed many times previously and there is already a current thread in car chat. I also had to move it to the proper forum

May I make the suggestion that mods post an explanatory post before locking threads? "Please do not cross-post, locking this thread." "Already an existing thread in Car Chat forum, locking this thread." That sort of thing.

I'll second that suggestion......but 1SICKLEX (Mike) is very fair and usually doesn't close a thread for nothing.
