just wondering

Has there ever been an ES or Ls or Lx or GX or RX for car of the month

seems like it always a GS or IS

just wondering ??

We consider all Lexus models for car of the month. We've had GS (both first and second gen), IS and SC models represented so far in the 15 months we've been doing the feature.

Part of the typical criteria for COTM is a fairly heavily customized car, some of the other models don't tend to get modified 'from stock form' as much as others. IMO I agree there should be a bit more diversity.

Ethan decides the COTM.

It can be 'tastefully modified' as well. Come on, let's not pick at my words please :egads:... if you're going to do that we'll be here all day.

Some of the cars that have been selected have lots of modifications, some have less. The point is we're not likely to put up stock or near-stock trim cars because everybody on the forum has seen those. Many members drive them, you see 'em on the road, you see 'em at the Lexus dealership, etc.
