Default RC350 2jz swap

Was curious to know if anyone thought about doing a 2JZ swap to there RC350?? I have a fully built motor I just finished up with the intent to go into my GS300. Just thought it would be a good platform.. Thoughts?

I have been tossing the idea around for a while now. I still want to retain all functionality of the car though.

I figure to have a set of manifolds built for the v6 we currently have and fabricate a turbo kit would run about 10-12k if not a few bucks more depending on the turbos you decide.

my break down is as follows
manifolds estimate-2k
fmic and piping 4k
turbos 2-4K depending on turbo
Waste gates-500 again depends on what turbos
misc-1000
tuning software-500
down pipes-1000

I take into consideration I can do the labor myself

for the 2j swap just to get the motor with custom mounts and trans options your looking at over 10k for a stock 2j

Dont get me wrong a 2j with a getrag 6 speed,72mm billet wheel turbo would be bad ***

it really depends on your final goals for the car. I’m happy with 500whp on a stock motor where my gauges work like factory

Not sure on how soon I will be able to dive into this since everything is ramping back up around here, but I have my 2JZ-GTE is300 now and my RC300 ready to attempt this (or at least start the prep-work) Ill keep you guys informed if I make any good progress. My biggest concern is how much integration with the existing RC300 ecu I can get, while still running a full Haltech system on top of it. I would love to use the RC300 guage cluster, etc, if possible but most likely will have to use a race cluster.
