Default Correct Part Confirmation

The center pillars on our 2010 LS 460L have a couple of nicks in them I am thinking of replacing them. This is the lower half of the center pillar right below the upper pillar cover which has the seatbelt in it. If I am correct the part numbers are: Right: 62413-50170-A3 and Left: 62414-50170-A3. I would also need 2 90467-10161 Lower pillar clips. So they come in white, ivory, gray, or black. Given that we have either a Alabaster or Parchment interior although I am fairly sure it is Alabaster I am guessing that the Ivory is the correct color. I can get them from megizip in Japan delivered for $496.00. MyLParts wants $355.84 each plus shipping of $42.06. So out the door for $756.50 How hard would it be to replace these? I am guessing pull the 2 scuff plates up and the lower pillar would just pull straight out?

Thoughts please if these are indeed the correct part numbers

Thanks

Dennis

Funfact

Given that the interior is not black, gray or white the only choice would be the ivory. which is the part numbers I provided. Is the interior code part of the Vin?

If its "tan" and has the red stained glossy wood, then its "Ivory" or "Parchment". Alabaster is very light, almost white and came with a brown stained wood in earlier models, or a brown stained matte wood in later models.

"Ivory" should be what you need.

Steve

Thanks that is what I thought. I have been using Lexus Driver for several years and I have never been able to have it give me the specifications for either the LS or the SC. Both the LS and the SC are in the system under my name and I can get all the service history's add service etc but have never been able to get any Lexus information as to color, interior, options on either car? I must be doing something wrong?

If you email them through the Lexus drivers site they will provide you with all the options for your cars.

Thanks, I did not know that. I sent off an e-mail this morning on the LS. I would send one off on the SC but I have the original window sticker so no need.

So the interior code is LB00 which is Parchment so as Steve indicated it would be the Ivory. The original part numbers in post #1 would then be the correct replacements for the lower pillars covers.

Just make sure that the part is for a 2010-2012 LS, I don't know that "Ivory" which is what the 07-09 car had and "Parchment" are exactly the same color...

My guess is the part system just labels them as "Ivory".
