What's the best Fuel Additive for IS250
have a 2015 IS250 F Sport and never use any Fuel Additive, is this useful for us? What brand do you use?

If you use Top Tier gas then you wouldn't need fuel additives unless you are running some unknown or no name brand and the detergents in them aren't as good as like Shell or Texaco/Chevron. Unless you are talking about fuel injector cleaners/fuel system cleaners then I would say Techron is pretty good, I think it's the same stuff that Lexus uses in their bottles. I heard Royal Purple and Red Line is pretty good but maybe someone who has used all three and chime in on how they perform. I can't find Red Line besides this one store but it's way too much than Techron.

There are several on the market, Techron, BG44, Sea Foam, Amsoil are among the better. The jury is actually out on their effectiveness. However, Top Tier gas (ex00 states) on a consistent basis is the best approach.

I also heard BG44 is really good, hard to find it locally as well lol! Actually since a lot of fuel is E15 and stuff, would any of the above still work good? A lot of mixed reviews online from what I see.

Fuel injector cleaners absolutely do work especially in direct injected motors, but only ones containing the detergent polyetheramine (PEA) are really worth your money. Chevron is the pioneer of PEA, they have it in their gas at maintenance levels and sell it in concentrated forms meant for more serious treatments. I have read that Chevron had recently stopped advertising the actual amount of PEA in the Techron treatment, so the actual benefit of adding Techron may be much less than before. Redline SI-1 currently has the highest advertised PEA concentration so I use that every 3k miles. Using only top-tier gas after the initial treatment with either Techron or Redline is also another way of ensuring you don't run into problems as the miles get clocked.

That's a good point to mention. That's why taking the injectors out of the car and doing an ultrasonic clean would be preferable. When the dealer offered to do an "injector and throttle body service" on my car, I asked them what they did and if they were going to do an ultrasonic clean. They basically said, "lol no".
