Default Rarity of burgundy/cream interior?

hi everyone

some time lurker, first time poster here

I知 in the market for a used 2017 Rx 350 and I知 torn between two choices. I知 split between a grey w/black interior vs a black w/a burgundy carpet with cream(?) leather. I致e never seen a combination like it and it痴 gorgeous. Unfortunately, the black interior is below market value and the burgundy is a bit more than my budget expected.

I'm hoping for another burgundy to come around on the used market but I'm not sure how likely this is since it's the first one I've seen. Does this forum have any information on the rairty or likelihood of burgundy carpeted Rx's ?

I've never heard or seen of a burgundy and cream interior? Do you mean parchment or noble brown?

Yes, I believe that's the one (parchment). Thanks for putting a name to the face! Although it's a lot more red-toned than brown.

There's PARCHMENT which is basically tan, Noble Brown needs no further explanation and Red in the FSport which also needs no further explanation. Parchment is nothing like red.

Here are some examples of the interior color options:

This is Parchment: (actual photo of my RX350 with Luxury package)

Thanks for the pictures. Yes parchment is the one. Is it a common color?

Yes it is pretty common, offered in many Lexus models besides RX and has been offered since at least 2010 in RX.
Used to be built with matching Parchment carpet that soiled instantly, now comes with the Noble Brown carpet and
door/dash trim as shown nicely above.

I don’t think parchment cream upper with chocolate on the bottom is rare, my car has this combination. Maybe for you it’s difficult to find because of the outside color choice? I wonder if you want a blue car for example, perchment interior is difficult to find.

I stick with black interiors as they age the best.

I forgot to mention there are 2 variables of the Parchment interior as I understand it. For example depending on package you opt for Premium vs Luxury the below photo is Parchment but you will notice the sides and backs of the seat are in that mocha brown color which is made of "NuLuxe" Synthetic vinyl leather unlike the Luxury Parchment which is semi-analine leather.

The lighter interiors like parchment sure look nice. For awhile, but they age so much worse. As someone with a 2010 Lexus with lighter interior I highly recommend the black if you care about looks long term and plan to keep the car.
