Trying to re place the heater hose on my 19 year old car. Has anyone had first hard experience with getting the clip off. Yes i have tried some curved pliers there's not mutch room back there.

These are a life saver in the auto industry. This is the cheapest one I could find. Might order it if you're not in a hurry.

If you remove one of the valve covers you will have more room to work back there, just make sure you keep the exposed area covered in plastic so no dirt or anything will fall into the motor.

Nice Ya I don't know what I'd do without them. Some factory clamps are in terrible spots.
