Anyone Else With This Issue
Listening to music from phone in Bluetooth mode. Receive a text from so and so and music continues to play as it pops up on the nav screen with the following options: "Read" or "Ignore". If I use the cursor and click on ignore, new message pop up goes away and music continues to keep playing.. All good and normal. However, if I click on "Read" music mutes and the Lexus voice reads out my message to me but when done, music resumes for a split second and then silence. At this point I'm having to disconnect and reconnect to get music to resume. I have gone through and through settings in phone, car player etc and not for the life of me find a anything to fix this. So freaking annoying HELP

I noticed this recently as well on my S8+. But it seems to have gone away. Try restarting your phone?

Thankfully I have not had that problem. What phone are you using?

Have you tied going to the stealer and having them update the navi firmware?

I had the same issue, I took it to the dealer and they updated the navi firmware, after that good as new.

I read this thread yesterday and today I was on the road listening to audio via bluetooth and a message came. I clicked READ, it read it and resumed playing without any issues. Update your firmware, it's most likely the culprit. You can do it yourself, download it from lexusdrivers.com and put it on a flash drive.
