i had a 375 wheel supercharged FRS it would have for sure eaten a stock rcf and possibly a FBO rcf . it ran a 13.1 qtr. at 111 mph . some of the base supercharger kits only put down 220whp to 250whp . and that is probably what we see here

had to edit my time. but after i re tuned on e85 and was 375mph. i was able to beat 2 turbo FRS cars that were able to pull off a 12.5 qtr mile and the indy speedway

Someone educate me but, if the video's owner is claiming his redline is still at 6.8k wouldn't his car ideally be hella cold still?

When my redline hits normal levels my oil temp has barely moved by then. Anyone else ride their car that hard cold and find it acceptable?

12.1 is strong. Yep, that definitely would eat a FBO RCF. What was that frs trapping though?

Yeah, it is when the engine is cold, the rev limiter is at 6800 rpm. He was racing with a cold engine. It takes forever for our engines to warm up and for the redline to raise to max (and full power). I never rev my car past 4000 rpm until the oil temperature gauge reaches mid-point.

Having said that, I would tend to think a well drive full bolt-on/slick tires RCF with tune will be capable of 12.1 seconds given it is around 445 whp considering a 1.8 seconds 60 foot has been achieved already with H/E. However, a 375 whp 2900 lbs FRS would be tough to match unless it runs out of steam/aero/gearing past 120 mph.

I was always taught that 100 pounds was worth ~10 HP for streetable cars. So 1000 pound advantage would give them the rough equivalent of 100 more HP, or as if it had 475 whp. Still a close race with 30 HP difference. It would all be on the drivers.

The top end is likely another story. Our RC F really shines over 100.

me either lol but that was a garbage track not nationally ranked or prepped. Kinda like a hillbilly track. If you ever get a chance to run at national track. when they prep the start you launch hard!!! super sticky

Default Supercharged FRS

A supercharged FRS is a beast. My son had one. Just traded it in for a 2018 Mustang.

We bought and installed a Jackson Racing supercharger in his car when he first bought it. Completely changed the car. That thing is so light weight, and a tuners dream. I believe he bought a Perrin exhaust for it. Fun times.
