This beauty popped up on Facebook Marketplace. The messaging communications were inconvenient, but I figured out the dealership that had it. It was dirty and they couldn’t find the key, but the interior was very nice and it had less than 60k miles. Underhood looked like new with a maintenance sticker showing the timing belt changed in 2011 at 15k miles. About 4 years ago the car was taken in on trade by the original selling dealership and it still had less than 16K miles. I bought it and got it cleaned up. It’s currently at the body shop to take car of a ding on the quarter panel. Will post pics of the interior when I get it back. Everything works, even the 12 disc changer. It’s got a soft ride, but the more I drive it, the better I like it. I have a track car and a vintage Vette, so I think I’ll keep this as a soft cruiser. The only planned change from stock is the wheels. I’ve ordered a set of stock 17” Supra TT wheels. The stock chrome ones aren’t perfect and I don’t like them enough to restore or replace.
60k miles is an excellent find! It's very clean! From that photo I can't see that your chrome OEM 7-spoke wheels are less than perfect though a set of stock Supra TT 17" wheels will certainly be an improvement as would a sway bar upgrade to the rear. You'll like this car a lot as your go-to cruiser.

I thought I'd give a little encouragement. Had mine the majority of its life. Nothing has ever broken! the windows still go up and down. When something wears out, not that often, I replace it, they are timeless. And I drive the Hell out of it.

Wow 2 red SCs found under 70K miles in the past month. Something must be in the water...perhaps I should look for a low mileage red SC! Congrats...your car looks amazing
Scored a set of Supra wheels on FB Marketplace. Mint wheels with tires for $900. The tires are undersized so I’m going to go with the 245/275 Supra sizes before I install them. Also ordering 20mm spacers for the front wheels. Will post pics when they are installed.

New to me 1997 SC400 less than 60k miles
