I painted my calipers!
Been wanting to do it for many years and finally got to it. Pleased with the result.
Credit to all the threads here with instructions on how to disassemble and remove the caliper and change brake pads and some DM help from lobuxracer. Thank you all!

I actually had a paint shop custom make me a can mix of metallic orange-yellow but I couldn't use it because the paint turned out too powdery... waste of money there. Originally I really wanted metallic but didn't end up with it... Oh well.

Did you have to get the stickers printed on any special vinyl to handle the heat and being covered in clear coat? Someone told me that could be an issue once but not sure how true that is.

For those who've asked about the decals, I found the company I asked to make them. They were made by motogfx and they do a lot of custom caliper decals. I don't have the picture file I sent to them anymore since it was done years ago. Though I made the design, the logos were already in their system and they just scaled it to proper size. So they'll likely be able to do something similar again if you request it. I assume since they do a lot of caliper decals that they used material that have a degree of heat resistance but I forgot if I actually asked them that... lol.
The car still needs a full cleaning so I haven't taken good whole pics yet but here's one with the wheel on:
