What a nice Accessory for my living room.(Subwoofer)

It might be easier to get an aftermarket 8in sub and have a custom bracket created. If you did that, and could sell it, you could probably stand to make some money.
Nevertheless, good pictures though. I know that here in Nashville, TN there are a couple places that do electronics repair. Probably the same in any major city.

I'm okay... The sub is pretty Subpar to me (haha) -.- I'm going to explore options to make it fit with the OEM connector. I can put in sometime to design a bracket for that location, but I must have enough interest. Also it won't be universal to all subs, stay tuned. Already ripped apart the old sub.

I checked its the voice coil that breaks. I'm looking into making custom OEM mounts for a certain speaker. I'll go and see. With the OEM bracket I would need to cut out the metal piece where the grille is to make clearance. 2IS 3IS need a sub replacement badly. Most people don't like boxes, like me.

The Plan
Here's the Sub I will be testing... 4 Ohms DVC up to 8 ohms, Shallow Sub.
The tricky part about this is that the OEM plate has an aluminum cast molding part that was specially made to hold in that ML SUB, I will be cutting this out. and even considered taking out the mesh for more clearance.
Some modifications will have to be done from the top cover, may have to cut to make room for this sub, its shallow, but still a bit thickwr than stock caaing Now why am I using the stock black casing? Well easy disconnect, trying to develop an OEM solution to plug and play.
Slightly thicker... No worries cutting the mesh will prevent the sub from hitting the metal, Remember its not going to be hard hitting like an enclosed box, its a solution to recover from the OEM system. IMO I think the ML system is great, but this system lacks wattage overall. Also don't fancy a high wattage sub anyways, 200 watt was the min I can find at the store. Stay tuned for some cutting.

I’d buy a plug and play upgrade if you start making them. I think my sub has never worked since I owned the F. My 350 has better base and it doesn’t have ML.

Here's the rough final project, not tested yet.
Someone please confirm this is how you wire 8ohms
Thinking about peeling and resealing the top grille, might just replace it with some mesh. plenty of clearance.
Its 12:27 just got home from gym and in and out lol... Will get you guys posted on it.
