Default Fake exhaust to removal

does anyone know how to remove these; does it require for the bumper to be uninstalled?

there's clips that hold it to the diffuser but technically don't need to remove bumper if u are taking exhaust out it will be easier

there are 2 10mm screws that hold them onto the valance. If you jack the car up you can get to them with an extension.
