Default Door Hinges

With my driver door sagging a bit I'm figuring I need new hinges. Is there a vendor for these parts?

Junk yards or eBay are a place to start... I do not believe these are available from Lexus but you can call any dealership parts department and ask....

Here's what I have been meaning to look into for my own SC in the future. I hope the fellow mentioned on PlanetSoarer still does this out of Australia.

They're still available. They're around $450-500 each.

I remember a couple of years ago someone was selling rebuilt hinges from Daryl. He mentioned it was a 4 month wait and ended up costing $340 after shipping.

Yep I bought a set from the guy in Australia last year. Still sitting here in a box because I don't know how the hell I'm going to replace them considering how heavy these doors are.

I have freshly rebuilt driver and passenger hinges, brass bushings, new pins, grease fittings, zero sag. $350 Canadian + shipping.

When I bought a rebuilt hinge from Daryl, he included pictures and instructions for a wooden door holder brace that worked quite well for me. The doors aren't that heavy, 92 lbs. isn't hard to handle.

Default Rebuilt hinges

Here’s a rebuild I have installed on my driver door. I have a few passenger and driver hinges rebuilt, for sale.

what's OBS?

Are new hinges still available through Lexus?

The ones I rebuilt use greasable bronze bushings and new pins instead of the factory needle bearings.

I'm not buying, I'm selling rebuilt ones. I had a set made for myself and had a few extra pairs done at the same time. Limited number available as I won't be rebuilding any more.
