Not quite sure what you would call that dial thing but I found these aluminum covers and they were quite nice so thought I might share some photos.
These are 100% made-in-Japan, I might be able to get some for you if anyone is interested.
They were not replacements, you simply put it over the factory switch and they came in 2 pieces, the cover and the ring.

I think the knurling looks more high end and would feel great.in the hand, especially in aluminum. Plus better to grip.
I agree; Let me clarify: I would like the **** to replace the existing **** so you dont see a lip. The knurling looks nice; it would be awesome if the can offer it smoked and chromed to match the existing center console. The stock **** is booboo. I am very careful and mine already has a small scratch, and it feels cheeeep...
