Default Engine troubles! Flashing CEL. P0301 p0171 p0174

So I was driving home from school and my check engine light came on along with the vsc lights. As I was exiting the freeway I noticed my car misfiring and running very rough with a deep Rumble sound. Went to autozone, and their scanner showed p0171, p0174, and p0301. I cleaned the maf sensor and had the battery unplugged for an hour, didnt help. Not sure what to do, looking for a job and can not be carless! Any feedback much appreciated

Edit: cel was flashing when lights came on and started flashing right away after cleaning the sensor

Go through and check all your vacuum hoses. Make sure they are attached, and no cracks. That's the best and cheapest place to start.

i checked just with my eyes and have replaced one of them before, there is sludge around the sparkplugs all over the place, should i check for sludge where the plugs are on the inside?

Best post today!

Certainly agree that vacuum hose connections are the place to start. That jibes with sudden failure as the OP indicates.
However, the sludge around the spark plugs is certainly an interesting clue, assuming its related.
My money is on MAF sensor.

So i noticed the coil being brown and nasty on cylinder 1 and the coil on cylinder 3 was clean, so I switch them around and went to AutoZone to get the code checked and the code came up for cylinder 3 misfire, so I bought a new ignition coil put it in and it's running like new again! Thanks for all the input

Now that is the way you troubleshoot!!!

Look for visual abnormalities
When possible, always use a known good part to test with
then execute your theory!

bravo and so glad it’s fixed!!!

Good job tracking that down and diagnosing it. Glad that you got it up and running again.
