Default Lexus RX350 dashboard removal procedure

Does anyone know of a source for step by step instructions for removing & replacing the cracked dashboard 2008 RX 350?
PS Please do not tell me to go to a dealer. They no longer replace the dashboards for free.
I INSTRUCTIONS or ViDEOS.

Thanks , No luck so far.
The dealer said they could cut labor cost to $600 since they have been doing so many, most techs can do a complete replacement in just under 4 hours.
But the dealer still wants around $1000. for the dash.
They will not give away or sell any that have been removed. Told they have someone to buy all the used cracked ones.
Would really like to find out what they are doing with them.

Here's a copy of the Lexus manual for replacing your dashboard. Hope it helps.

I found a new dash on ebay for $500 after shipping. It had a few blemishes caused by shipping and handling. I looked everywhere and could not find as good of a deal. I will try and document the installation to help you out. You can also search salvaged cars at www.car-parts.com. You will want to search under dash panel and select "with or without center speaker". The hard part is finding the right color near you. But you may get lucky. If you find one, i would use the vin and contact lexus to see if that car ever had the dash replaced. That way you know if you are getting an original or new dash. I suppose you run the risk of it cracking if it is an original but you can check the shape its in and if its a good enough deal, maybe it will be worth the risk. I also assume the people buying the dashes are recycling the plastic or resurfacing them and reselling them.
