1999 Lexus Rx300 cigarette lighter relay location

Does the lighter work if you plug it in the backseat centre console? I am having same issue and thought it might be the lighter itself as did run a phone charger from the back but a lighter didn't work in either front or rear. I put it down to wrong not making contact or broken wire in lighter. If there is a relay not working then I am wondering what else isn't working as doubt one relay for a lighter alone.

From the info I have I think this is the case
The RX300 has 3 power outlets.
The front one is called the CIG Lighter and is on fuse 5.
I don't see a relay for the CIG lighter.
The center console and trunk ones are call PWR outlets and are on fuse 7.
The ACC relay switches the PWR outlets. It is located bottom-right in the instrument panel junction block by the fuses.
