Default What kind of lease deals are you folks getting lately

My lease on the GS is up and I am looking to get into a GX. What's the out the door lease deal that you folks got if you dont mind sharing? I'm on the East coast and the current promotion is $459/$3,999 and I feel that's waaay too high. Of course I have not negotiated yet.

What was the MSRP on the vehicle?

Best I've gotten was $500 including tax with $1000 down for a $60k Gx premium..

Those promotional prices are usually their average deals and it doesn't include drive off payments. You should "try" to aim for $459 with 0 down. Many are averaging about $450-550 with 0 down depending on the current rebate on lease.

https://www.reddit.com/r/askcarsales/ has a good community to ask car purchasing questions (lot of members work in some sort of dealership). They also mentioned the link below to see what other people have been getting:
https://forums.edmunds.com/discussio...als-and-prices

post back here what offer you end up agreeing with so we can get your update

This sounds way more realistic. $470/month with nothing down had to have been the cheapest model you can realistically build if that's a real lease number at all.

Those promotional figures also don't include tax...depending on where you live, that could add an additional $60-$120/month onto the lease price.

I actually got this deal so this is def realistic and its not the cheapest model. Its Prem with Blind sport monitoring, rear traffic alert and it just had 3 miles on it so I couldn't be a demo vehicle too. The sticker on the car is 59,898 also dealer installed clear bra and glass tint.

The real thing is you need to keep patience and wait till end of month plus you gotta have good bargain and negotiation skills. I traveled 4 different dealerships in mid-west and this was the best deal I got.

Can you confirm that 470 is including tax? and if you have more info on the lease such as MF, MSD, RV, CAP Cost, and Incentives would be very helpful.

Here is the breakdown:

- $470 (including taxes for 36 months and 10K miles)
- $38 (negative equity from my previously leased Honda trade in)
- $10 (wheel and tire insurance for 36 months)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- $518 / month for 36 months with $518 as first month payment.

Dealer gave me a rebate of close to $8k and $750 for my wife's recent graduation bonus. We have another Lexus RX350 as well so I guess he also rolled another $750 as loyalty bonus may be in $8k rebates.

I squeezed this deal to best extent, I also hired an auto broker but he couldn't even get me a better deal and dropped his weapons and gave me a refund of his fee

On the east coast I received about $4750 off Including graduation discount $750. $8k off in the Midwest isn’t bad at all.We have bought several vehicles from this dealership here in NC and lease prices where I live are a bit more in pricing. But, anywho I’m happy with the vehicle and will enjoy it 😃

$7k off msrp is about average discounts on current GX. There is.a manufacturer’s rebate for $1k for the month of May, which you’ve received. Not the loyalty since they currently dont have that offer for the GX.

Still seems to be low. The math doesn’t add up. My guess is that they played with some numbers on your trade.in.
