Default Help me identify source of this noise
i know the quality is not the best
this happens every time the car is left outside in hot weather for more than 4 hours.

I would say it has to do with the VVT-i.

dealer ruled out vvti but they do not know what it is
they want 5 hrs of labor upfront to tear into the top of engine to see what is making the noise
