Hey, I was looking around in the FAQ but couldnt find any information on my question. Basically I was wondering if the dimensions were the same for the 2014 IS F Sport and a 2016 IS F Sport, as I want to install a bodykit that is made for a 2016 IS.

The bodykit im looking at is:

It's made for a 2016+ models, and I own a 2014 Lexus IS. I'm mainly interesting in installing:
FRONT UNDER SPOILER
TRUNK SPOILER


The front under spoiler, I can see not fitting, but how about the trunk spoiler?

That looks like a 17+ model from the front grill.

which refers it as a 2016.

The 2016.10 part refers to what time frame the kit is released for. Although its still 2016 and not 2014.

The fitment is for 2017+.
The title says 2016.10 depicting the production month (October 2016, which would be 2017 model year)

The address your question, a 2016 body kit would fit a 2014, however, the link you provided is for 2017+.

The trunk spoiler will fit without issue, the bumper will not, as it will only fit the 2017+.

Zenki 3IS was year model 2013-2015
Kouki 3IS is year model 2016+

Yup...in the automotive industry they always refer it as CY Calendar and MY Model Year 8- ).

I will most likely just get the trunk spoiler since the front lip wont fit.

This isn't exactly true. In Japan, model years aren't really used for cars, they instead use the actual production/calendar date, which is actually the same as it was for North American spec cars on the 3IS, however we typically use model years instead.

April 2013 to October 2016 are the early model 3IS (this corresponds to the 2014-2016 model years)
October 2016 - Present are the late model 3IS (this corresponds to the 2017+ model years)

Most 2016 production Japanese-spec IS models are the early style, the refreshed body was only produced for 3 months at the end of 2016.
