Gs460 Header Fabrication, Finally!!
ATTENTION ALL GS460 OWNERS! I've been messaging back and forth for some time now with Paul, the owner of PPE Engineering, and the time has come to move forward and see if any of you Gs460 owners would be interested in a set of headers. This will be the first of its kind with the 460 since a production set doesn't exist to date. From the factory we have terrible flowing log manifolds, just another way Lexus detuned the motor so it makes less power than the flagship Ls460. We all know how impressive the gains are when installing a set of PPE headers on an ISF(38-46 whp catless, 28-33 whp with high flow cats), so gains should be in the same neighborhood on the 460 as well. Even higher numbers are possible with supporting mods and a tune. This will be a huge opportunity to finally open up biggest bottle neck in terms of power and show the true potential of the car!
Pricing will be $1500, slightly less than the ISF, yet it will have all the same technology and features! PPE will move forward with the fabrication once a minimum of 5 people commit. A 50% deposit is required upfront per PPE request.
Those interested in being part of the first ever Gs460 header, please feel free to post here or inbox me!

I’ll believe it when I see it. I still don’t think you are able to tune this ecu. It’s kind of frustrating that the newer generations are getting tuned and the isf you can tune but nothing for the 460. What are they protecting? These cars are way out of warranty already.

Most likely the lack of a customer base for the time put in on cracking the ECU. The GS460 will be such a loss if there is never a tune. They look to have so much potential from all the research I've been doing on them. The closest I have seen is someone using sprint booster meant for the GX460 that they said worked well, but I haven't seen anything else about it.

Sorry guys, i don't log in here too often. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find 5 serious buyers to complete the group buy. Catless and with cats are possible options. Not available for RHD at the moment.
These headers will give great gains without a tune and even more with a tune due to how restrictive the factory manifolds are.
I'm giving it a few more months to find 5 solid people otherwise i'll have a custom one off set of headers fabricated!
The ECU has been cracked and is definitely tuneable. I have been playing with the tune on my Gs460 for a few months now and have broken into the 12's with custom intake, exhaust and partial ECU tune.
Since i don't log in here much, feel free to email me at sector7tuning@gmail.com with any questions about Gs460 period!

ECU has been cracked for a while now, no point for me to lie about it. I am near stock ISF power now.
I am in the process of developing a tune that will be available to purchase in the near future.
Search YouTube for "svabbinanti" and you can see my videos from 2018 with a partially tuned ecu as well as custom trans software.

Agreed, lack of aftermarket support is basically non existent and it's frustrating. Everything has to be custom, totally worth it in the end! I'm currently fabricating some true cold air intakes for the 460

I already posted my YouTube link above showing the videos. There is absolutely no reason for me to lie about a 12.9 pass. Believe what you want. Wait until the spring until the times continue to get even quicker. Tune really wakes up these cars
