Default Replacing a Condenser on a 2004 RX-330

Hey folks, just wanted to share a video I created on replacing the condenser on my 2004 RX330. I shot some video over the summer but never got around to putting together but figured it was time to get it done!

I followed a guide here, and would link to it and give credit to the person who wrote it, but I can't seem to find it now.

However, here is a video overview:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sC5l...ature=youtu.be

I did realize I forgot to shoot a clip of two small phillips head screws on the bottom left and bottom right that must be removed.

I'm sure this would likely apply to other model years of the RX-330 and RX-350 (or probably pretty close).

I chose not to mess with refilling, because of the importance of evacuating the system prior to filling for best results. It was about $65 for my local mechanic to evacuate and recharge.

Hopefully this video might help someone out!

GJ, and BTW, when it comes to removing the top plate, there is a nut under the "rubber" plug just above the exposed bolt that holds the center middle bar to the top cover plate, and it can be removed instead of going to the bottom of the center support bar, but both work.

Ha!! Good call.
I was wondering what the heck kind of fastener that was. It seemed like it should be a piece that would come off easy, but I couldn't figure it out.

Thanks for the heads up!
