I would recommend that you look into the Lexus LED fog lights that come on the 3IS or 4GS (same housing) or the Morimoto XB LED fog housing. Both of these options are close to what an OEM set of halogens would cost, unless you go with aftermarket halogen which can be had for like $40 on eBay or Amazon.
