blind spot mirrors for 2015 RX 350

I just go to the local farm supply store and get little 2 inch stick on mirrors. They used to run under a dollar each but they're a little more now. I always put them in the top outside corner but on the RX don't cover the BSM light.

"don't cover the BSM light" would indicate a lack of understanding the OP's real question...
The yellow icon in the rear view mirrors are the only visible part of the BSM System. The sensors
are roughly smartphone sized units mounted under the rear corners of the bumpers. While there
may be aftermarket systems available it would be quite costly and time intensive to attempt to
retrofit the factory pieces to a non-BSM equipped car.
If I am mistaken, are you looking to replace broken mirror(s) on an RX that already has BSM?

To be fair, the way OP phrased the question it can be interpreted as
a) He is looking for a mirror to improve visibility (blind spot).
b) He wants to activate BSM
c) He is enquiring how to add BSM.
d) His mirror with BSM is broken and he is looking for replacement.
Not all gen 3 have the blind spot monitoring. European models had it before the North America models started to come with them.

I'll go the simple route. Basic. Man does not have yellow light blinker.
I just installed those:
and am very pleased with them. of course, took about 5 twicks to set them right, but I have 1.5 lane overlap easy. Also, they look - elegant. Not too high, not too wide. Blend into mirror frame quite well. Of course, they do not cost $300 or so, so I am sorry.
