Default Knock sensors
so i got this lexus es 300 1998 frm step father been puttin back to life took it to get smogged and it fail due to the knock sensors was goin to fix em this week wen i got paid but the car stop working. So my ? Is when the knock sensors goes bad can that cause the car from moving in drive?

No. With little information to go by you may have a failing transmission. Did you ask your stepfather about the vehicle history?

Will it move when put into reverse? Checked tranny oil?
