Hey CL,

I have a 15 Crafted that i just started to try the App all functions of the App work except the remote start and that really is the main reason for the app. The lights flash and the starter clicks but it does not start the app gives me a low battery error. Also, when I try the 3 button remote start option the lights flash and the starter clicks but no start. Is there some kind of bypass that could be stopping it or could my battery really not have enough charge? I was just in for service 2 days ago for inspection, smog and oil change.

Any thoughts or have you had this happen and know how to correct it?

Will your car start normally if you get in and press the start button? Your statement that the starter "clicks", plus you're getting "low battery error" would indicate an issue with the vehicle battery. Find out by trying to simply start the car...

Sorry I should have added that it starts just fine and I was driving it this morning.

Edit: I also remembered that I do on a few things called tools so I checked and it is 12.4 volts so we are good there. S000 now what is wrong with the remote start and is something preventing it that should be changed or bypassed?

Can we assume that you do, in fact, have a paid active Enform Remote subscription? If you don't, you won't be able to start the car with either the phone app or the key fob.

If you do have an active Enform Remote subscription, I would suggest contacting the tech specialist at your Lexus dealership. They deal with Enform Remote problems daily, and they are usually a knowledgeable and good source to resolve such problems.

Yes, all functions of the paid app work as they should. I have an email out to the Tech specialist now waiting to hear what they have to say.

Just got the iPhone alexa app, and added the lexus skill; i swear enform takes 2-3 MINUTES to start the car , in my place attached to FIBER backed WIFI, and the alexa app is near instant. Lexus needs to fix this..
