Brakes question -- at dealership now
So I knew my brakes were getting close to being done. I'm at the dealership now and they quoted me $300 for the front (currently a special) and $568 for the rears. I'm okay with $300 for the fronts but $568 for the rears seems high. Also, they told me that front and rear are 2-3 mm. I took the attached picture of the rears about 6 weeks ago and they seemed okay.
Can someone tell by looking at this picture if the rear pass still have some life in them?

If it was me, your pads look fine but I assume they are quoting you for the rotors.
Not sure about dealership pricing as I usually change my brakes myself. If your somewhat mechanically inclined you should be able to swap pads and rotors easily with like a 14mm and 16mm (I think its these 2 socket wrench sizes or maybe it was a 12mm?), a jack, and 2 hours. I think I paid $200 for the front pair of front rotors and $120 for front pair of pads. Looking at rockauto, you can get a full set of front and rears for $350.

Thanks TCR. Price is for pads and resurfacing existing rotors. I am mechanically inclined but I leave brakes to the professionals. I'm fine with $300 for the fronts. If they would honor the special for $300 for the rears, I would have them do it. $568 for the rears seems really excessive.

The rear quote sounds more like new rotors and pad vs resurfacing the rotors. I'm looking at the lip near the hat. Do you have any pictures of the lip near the edge of the rotor? The pads itself has a little life left but they'll replace them when they resurface or replace the rotors.

Actually, the rear quote was not for new rotors but rather to resurface the existing ones. I have a few more pictures. I will upload them later tonight.

I just did my fronts with new pads and resurfaced my rotors at O'Riley auto parts for $15 a rotor. Ymmv with auto part store resurfacing but it worked fine for me. Definitely not worth $300. Pads I used were AutoZone duralast max for $50 or so bucks and free lifetime replacements.

Here are two pictures I took this morning of the right rear brake pad. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing, but isn't there quite a bit of pad still left here?

Just take them out and look at how close they are to the indicators.
Edit: looking at https://www.partsgeek.com/gbproducts/WC/24023-01178631.html
It looks like it's definitely worn compared to new, whether you want to fix now or later is really up to you.

Ensure that you check both pads on both sides of each disk, one pad can often wear more than the other.
